Dublish is a free resource for browsing Dublin property sale prices from the Property Price Register (PPR). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Dublish does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any directly identifying data.

If you accept cookies, we use Google Tag Manager to collect anonymous usage analytics — page views, general location (country/city level), device type, and how you navigate the site. This helps us understand which areas and features are most useful.

Cookies

Dublish only sets cookies if you click "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.

• cookie-consent — Stores your cookie preference (accepted or rejected). This is a functional cookie stored in your browser's localStorage, not a tracking cookie.
• Google Analytics cookies — If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies are set by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Error tracking

We use Sentry to monitor technical errors across the site. Sentry does not use cookies and does not track your browsing behaviour. When an error occurs, Sentry receives technical details about the error (such as the error message, browser type, and page URL) to help us fix bugs. Third-party services

Dublish uses the following third-party services to display maps and street imagery. When you load a page that uses these services, your browser makes requests directly to their servers:

• OpenStreetMap — Map tiles. Privacy policy
• MapTiler — Geocoding and additional map data. Privacy policy
• Google Maps — Embedded maps on some property pages. Privacy policy

Property data

All property sale data shown on Dublish is sourced from the Property Price Register, a public register maintained by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. This data is public record.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Withdraw cookie consent at any time — clear your browser's localStorage for this site, and the consent banner will reappear
• Request information about any data we hold
• Request deletion of any data we hold
